Incoterms

Incoterms establish a set of international rules in order to interpret commercial terms relating to purchasing contracts, restricting the parties’ duties and obligations regarding merchandise delivery. The International Chamber of Commerce publishes them; the following is the latest version.

Incoterms are not laws, they are rules and regulations, therefore a new version does not abrogate the previous ones; due to this it is necessary to specify which version you are referring to when you use them.
